Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, the full eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched from our outlet, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under this cancellation policy.

Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
