BB Origins provides prepared and frozen food products for customers seeking convenient meal solutions. Meals are prepared, packaged, stored and supplied according to applicable food-safety procedures and requirements.

We make every reasonable effort to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, portions and other details. Product appearance may vary slightly due to preparation, packaging, ingredients or serving conditions. Customers should check ingredients, allergens, nutritional information, storage instructions and other product details on packaging before consumption.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before consuming products. Customers with allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements should contact BB Origins before ordering. Products may be prepared in facilities where other allergens are handled. BB Origins should not be considered a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice.

Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. BB Origins may refuse, cancel or modify an order where necessary, including availability, pricing errors, payment issues or circumstances outside reasonable control. Customers are responsible for supplying accurate contact and delivery information.

Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, bundles and availability may change. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other fees are shown during checkout where applicable.

Estimated delivery is displayed during checkout and order confirmation. Orders are normally delivered within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, operational issues, public holidays or circumstances outside reasonable control. Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone can receive the order when required.

Frozen meals must be kept frozen according to packaging instructions. Customers should transfer meals to a suitable freezer as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Do not refreeze completely thawed products unless packaging specifically says otherwise. Always follow preparation, heating, storage and use-by instructions on packaging.

Because products are frozen food items, returns may be subject to food-safety and hygiene requirements. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or in unsuitable condition, the customer should contact BB Origins as soon as possible after delivery and provide the order details and, where appropriate, photographs. BB Origins may provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution in accordance with policy and applicable UAE law.

Promotional offers, discount codes, bundles and special prices may have individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and may be withdrawn or changed.

Customers must use the website lawfully and responsibly. Users must not: interfere with the website, introduce malicious software, access restricted areas, misuse content, or use the site fraudulently or unlawfully.

Website logos, names, photographs, descriptions, graphics, text, designs and other content belong to BB Origins or relevant licensors unless stated otherwise. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use is not permitted.

BB Origins makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate. Occasional errors, omissions, technical issues or temporary interruptions may occur. BB Origins may update, correct, suspend or modify website content, products, prices or services where necessary.

BB Origins is not responsible for issues caused by: incorrect customer information, improper storage after delivery, improper handling after delivery, failure to follow packaging instructions, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms should limit rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Personal information submitted during ordering or website use will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.

BB Origins may update the Terms & Conditions. The updated version is published with its revised date.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, regulations of the relevant Emirate. Disputes are subject to competent courts of the applicable UAE jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law.
